Exercising can be daunting. If you don’t know what to do, and if you don’t have someone cheering you on, you might not be motivated enough to move your body.
Moving your body in a way that shows love & appreciation for your body is a key way to upgrade other areas of your life – like your mood, nutrition, creativity, sleep, intimacy, and more.
I'm making working out easier for you!
Many of my clients have health goals that encourage exercising on a regular basis, and working out with other people that are on the same journey greatly increases their desire and their consistency.
Consistency is how you create healthy habits, which lead to a healthy lifestyle. IT’S ALL CONNECTED! And it can all start with movement!
I started a free workout club to help make exercising easier, and I workout along with you and other powerful women!
All you need for the workout class is a sturdy chair, and 1-2 lb dumbbells (totally optional), water, and a towel for your sweat!
We meet several Saturdays per month (cause I have a life, too!), and we get our sweat on via Zoom!
