Falling Asleep Has Never Been Easier
Falling asleep with essential oils are a game changer! The chemistry of each essential oil and blend works in a special way with your body, giving you the unique support you need in order to enjoy total rest and peaceful slumber. To help you get started on sleeping gloriously with oils, I’ve highlighted some of my favorite and simple diffuser blends below. Enjoy, my dear friend!
- 3-4 drops Lavender
- 3 drops Breathe Respiratory Blend
- 2 drops Copaiba
Set diffuser one hour before bedtime; close the door and let the aroma fill your room. Lavender will help calm your entire body while Breathe Respiratory Blend will support your airways and allow for easy breating (perfect for those SNORING BEARS sleeping next to you). Copaiba gives this blend and extra dose of soothing, especially helpful when you’re extra tired!
- 2 drops Serenity Restful Blend
- 2 drops Vetiver
- 1-2 drops Eucalyptus
This one will soon be one of your favorite go-tos for amazing sleep! The combination of oils in the Serenity Restful Blend is designed to center you and allow your body to let it all go. Vetiver is a very heavy oil that will create the sense of you sinking into your bed and pillow – dreamy! Eucalyptus is a soothing oil that lightens any heaviness in your chest and allows you to breathe easily.
- 3 drops Lavender
- 3 drops Frankincense
You can’t get any more simple (yet delicious) as this! The synergistic chemistry of this two powerful oils combined will help your body feel deeply relax and unplugged from the day-to-day stresses of life. I love to use 1 drop of each behind each ear, inhale each straight from the bottle, and enjoy the combo in my diffuser.
Lavender contains high levels of linalool, a chemical constituent known to relax the body almost immediately. Frankincense is high in alpha-pinene, which is restorative and soothing to the body, mind, and spirit.
Try adding 1-2 drops of Wild Orange for an extra kick and tell me how you like it!
