Cozy Up With this Warm & Spicy Essential Oil Drink
Make it at home for a “clean and sober” happy hour with friends. Add a little booze if you like, no judgement… this drink is perfect for Autumn and the Winter evenings – or any time of year!

Oh man, oh man!
The cinnamon essential oil in this drink gives it the warm & spicy feeling. Cinnamon harmonizes your senses, inspiring you to feel playful and fierce.
Wild Orange is refreshing, uplifting and encouraging to your spirit. It gives the drink a delicious citrusy flavor, enhacing the orange juice that’s in there.
You could add a splash of brandy or liquer, though I personally enjoy it straight!
Ingredients:
12 oz sparkling water
2 drops cinnamon essential oil, CPTG ONLY, safe for internal use
4 drops wild orange essential oil, CPTG ONLY, safe for internal use
2 Tbsp orange juice
1 Tbsp monkfruit, or cane sugar
2 Tbsp hot water
orange slice for garnish
crushed or cubed ice
2 oz mezcal or brandy, optional
Directions:
In a glass measuring cup or small dish, place monkfruit and add the essential oils to it. Mix thoroughly.
Pour hot water into monkfruit and oil mixture, and stir thoroughly until well combined. (If needed, microwave mixture for about 30 seconds and stir until completely dissolved.)
Add orange juice to mixture. Still well.
Add desired amount of ice to 2 old fashion glass tumblers (about 7 ounces each). OPTIONAL: add 1 ounce of mezcal or brandy to each glass.
Pour juice mixture evenly into each of the tumblers.
Pour sparkling water into each glass and give a slight stir. (Do not overstir as this will flatten the bubbles.)
Top with a slice of orange and enjoy!
