Good Fats Coffee

16 oz brewed hot coffee or coffee alternative, if using coffee, use a low-acid or fusion blend like Tieman’s
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon, or 1 drop Cinnamon Bark Essential Oil
1/4 tsp ground turmeric
1/8 tsp black pepper, freshly ground or 1 drop Black Pepper Essential Oil (this helps with the absorption of turmeric)
1 tbsp MCT oil
1 tbsp grassfed butter
1 scoop collagen powder
2 tsp Monk fruit
Blend all ingredients in a high-powered blender for 50 seconds until frothy and foamy. Serve warm and enjoy!
