1 1/2 cups fresh spinach
1/2 cup chopped pinepple
1/2 medium green apple
1 kiwi
1 mini cucumber
1 celery stick
1/4 cup fresh cilantro, or fresh parsley
1 tbsp fresh ginger root
1 lime, juiced
1 scoop non-flavored plant based protein, Ok to subsitute for collagen powder
