Apple Cider with Ginger Essential Oil
Description:
Low-sugar homemade apple cider spiced with ginger essential oil for added warmth and other benefits. (Ginger essential oil is fantastic for supporting gut and immune health, and tastes great with apples and cinnamon!)

Ingredients:
4 apples, peeled, cored, quartered
2 cinnamon sticks
8 C filtered water
1/4 C coconut sugar
1/4 C pure cane sugar
ginger essential oil
On Guard essential oil, Optional
Directions:
Peel apples, cut in quarters, and remove core.
Add apples, cinnamon sticks, water, and sugar to large stock pot. Simmer on low for 2 hours.
Remove apples from hot liquid and blend for 60 seconds or more until completely liquified.
Return apple puree to stock pot and stir to combine well.
Add 1 drop of ginger essential oil to each mug before filling with warm cider. Sip and enjoy!
Optional: add 1 drop On Guard essential oil for added protective benefits.
