What does reading this title inspire in you?
All women register some level of emotion in the body, this is normal. To be frustrated is more than being an emotional woman. A frustrated woman is someone that does not have the internal knowledge to not allow her emotions to control her life. A frustrated woman is a mess. Everything will cause her emotional pain. Stress is a daily struggle. What’s worse is that a frustrated woman believes that’s how her life should be because she doesn’t know better.
I speak with authority because I used to be too much of a frustrated woman, and I remember how weak and incapable I used to feel. And now I am the opposite – I am Fierce. (Really, I’m saying that I am “Chingona”, which took me a while to use freely and confidently. But, in case you don’t speak Spanish, let’s go with fierce.)
Chingona (fierce, badass, etc.) used to be a bad word. Thanks to my grandmother and my aunts, I believed that only vulgar women used those words. This belief was ingrained in my subconscious that I know understand why I thought I would die of embarrassment whenever a I’d let it slip here and there. Now I know that isn’t so! Now I realize that there are feelings and energies that you can only express with “passionate” words, which many consider to be “bad” words.
This is a photo of my dear mother when she was young. She passed at 33, when I was 14 years old. As calm as she looks here, my mother was a woman that used “passionate” language very frequently. And she was not a vulgar woman. She was a great woman with unlimited courage and a great heart. She was a FIERCE woman, a true chingona. And it is my memory of her that has inspired me to name my coaching program “From Frustrated to Fierce” (De Chillona a Chingona.)
From Frustrated to Fierce
From Frustrated to Fierce is not meant for everyone. This is for women who are tired of the lack of physical and emotional control in their lives. The ones who are frustrated with being overweight, unhealthy, having trashy relationships, and who are ready to do the work necessary to become a Fierce woman and own their life.

They set rules and ultimatums that never work because they don’t understand the 3 important steps that are necessary to establish firm and loving boundaries that DO WORK.
This and so much more will be part of the 12 week program that will take place every Thursday starting August 12, 2021.
