Many women will use the start of the new year to jump on the bandwagon of diet and exercise, only to quit within a few weeks without really knowing why. Sound familiar?
It’s not about the program. It’s about the mindset.
The problem is that many women go into things without having a solid goal in mind, and without the right mindset to help them stretch their limits.
This was me. A chronic dieter and over-exerciser who started things out of desperation (which I confused as “commitment”), only to run out of steam and throw in the towel. Yes, I have literally been dieting since I was 15 years old!

I needed something concrete that would work for me. So I continued looking to no avail.
The one day, I came across coaching. This was about 10 years ago. I learned about habits and goal-setting, and bio-individuality. Then, I BECAME a coach myself! I knew that I wanted to change the world, one healthy, happy woman at a time. It was possible, and I was really close to something BIG, I could feel it!

I discovered that LOVING YOURSELF is a powerful gateway to most of what you want in life! I teach you to love yourself & to embrace the vision of the amazing woman that you’re meant to be! This was the piece I was missing, and nobody was teaching that! So I decided to create it for myself and for others!

Love Your Weight to Wellness is deeper than any other health program you’ll find on the market today! I know because I developed it after years of searching for something that would work for me, and eventually for my clients. It is a holistic approach to loving your physical & emotional body using foods, essential oils, and transformational coaching.
This is not your typical diet or exercise program…
I teach you to THINK in a way that helps you hone in on WHAT you want and WHY, and create the momentum to help you feel accomplished & joyful.

I will help you understand how nutrition, stress, history, thoughts and emotions create your habits. I help you get unstuck and shift into creating a joyous & healthy lifestyle.
We’ll do this in a six (6) week group coaching program that’s loaded with heart & soul, as well as courageous conversations, action items, accountability, and lots of tips to support the creation of a new & healthy lifestyle.

Next Series Begins
Monday, January 18, 2021
- 6 week GROUP coaching, 55-minute calls each week
- Week 1: goal-setting + establishing accountability.
- Weeks 2-5: videos delivered via email with what you need to support a healthy lifestyle. Group Calls to coach through mindset, create momentum, work through roadblocks, etc.
- Week 6: Group Call to determine personal next steps based on your needs
- All group calls are via ZOOM on Thursdays at 6pm PST.
- 3 Membership Levels to choose from: Silver, Gold, Platinum
